• 2020 Bond Seismic Retrofits

Additional funding for these retrofits has come through the . This is a state of Oregon competitive grant program that provides funding for the seismic rehabilitation of critical public buildings, particularly public schools and emergency service facilities.  ½ûÂþÌìÌà regularly applies for these grants and has saved the public millions of dollars throughout the entire Bond Program by receiving these awards.

The evaluation for the SRGP funds is based on the American Society of Civil Engineer (ASCE) 41-13 standard. ½ûÂþÌìÌà will continue to diligently pursue SRGP funding as well as other opportunities to improve the quality of its schools as they become available.
