  • The School District No. 1 Health and Welfare Trust has worked with ½ûÂþÌìÌà (½ûÂþÌìÌÃ) and your bargaining group for more than four decades to provide group health and welfare benefits to active employees, substitutes, and retirees of ½ûÂþÌìÌà who are members of the Portland Association of Teachers (PAT), Portland Federation of School Professionals (PFSP), District Council of Unions (DCU), and Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) bargaining groups.
