Kindergarten Ramp Up supports the transition of each student into kindergarten. This takes place in two ways. First, each family is invited to a 30-minute 1:1 welcome conversation at Beach on August (dates TBD). Your child's classroom teacher will reach out to you to get these scheduled through Sign-Up Genius during the first week of August.

Second, each kindergartner is scheduled to attend school for a practice day on either (dates TBD) from 8:00am-2:30pm (half the class attends at the same time). This provides students time in a smaller class setting to practice school routines, build their confidence and for us to get to know each other. All kindergarten students begin together on (date TBD).

We will assign students to a specific day to maximize individual support and learning. If it is possible for us to accommodate a date switch, we will do so. Please contact the main office if you have a unique situation that would be supported by a change in date. Dates will be included at the beginning on August.
