    Aidan Larson

I chose this stunt because I walked the movie ghost rider and there was a similar stunt in that movie and I thought it was cool. This stunt features a biker doing a jump off one ramp and landing onto another.

    Anina Schoenen

My stunt features a giant dragon being shot by a knight that can jump about as high as a kangaroo! The knight starts off his attack by swifty sprinting towards the dragon with a determined glint in his eye. The dragon grins thinking this mortal human will be easy to torch…But boy was he wrong. The knight jumps high over the fireball herdling towards him, shooting a scorching hot arrow that lands directly in the face of the dragon. The knight lands, skidding his knees on the ground and thinks, “victory!!” He looks up, wondering why the dragon hasn’t yet fallen to the ground. Much to his dismay, the dragon had only changed positions a bit, and as a result of the flaming hot arrow and the insane level of madness the dragon had reached, his scales turned red and he screeched out loud. The knight felt as if his armor had become 3 tons heavier as he sat there knowing that this may be his last battle. My stunt should be chosen because it is entertaining and captivating to the human eye. It is also just a cool action scene that can remind the audience of many other epic dragon and knight movies and books that they saw as a child.

Two motorbikes begin their journeys in opposite directions, each following a distinct parabolic path with different slopes. As they speed along, their paths eventually cross, leading to a catastrophic collision at the intersection point. The crash results in a massive explosion, marking the violent end of their trajectories. High above the scene, a bird glides through the sky, untouched by the chaos unfolding beneath it.

    Ava Greiner

The animation begins in the vastness of space, showcasing Jupiter, Earth, Mercury, and the Sun in an orbital dance. A sleek, futuristic plane appears, racing through space to get Mr. Slusher to Jupiter, for a yoga retreat. As it approaches the Sun, its light grows blinding, overwhelming the cockpit and causing the pilots to lose control. The plane hurtles into the Sun, triggering a massive explosion that sends fiery shockwaves rippling through the solar system. The planets' orbits shudder slightly as the Sun’s surface erupts in vivid, chaotic colors. The scene ends with a hauntingly quiet view of the altered solar system, fading into darkness.

    • The speed of each planet differs due to the fact that plants do not travel at the same speed. The speed also depends on the distance from the sun, with planets closer to the sun moving faster due to the stronger gravitational pull, while planets further away move slower in their orbits.

A cheerful young kid walks up a grassy hill holding a bright, colorful balloon. As the kid walks up and reaches the top of the hill, he accidentally releases his balloon into the sky. The balloon doesn't just float away; instead, it collides with an oncoming plane flying past, creating a huge and major explosion. The explosion lights up the screen, with fiery colors.

My animation has an airplane that flys at y=10 at a straight line and then a parachuter jumps at (0,10) in a parabola where the vertex is (0,10) and and pulls his parachute at (2,6) so that there is parabola and then he skis away in a straight line when he hits the ground at (8,0)

    Bo Manning

My stunt involves a biker jumping from one ramp to another. At the same time as the jump, a plane will fly over the venue where the stunt is taking place. This stunt should be chosen because it will make a cool movie scene.

    Braden Tardie

My Desmos project is called "The Cow Jumping Over the Moon." It has five moving parts: three pulsing stars, a jumping cow, and a glowing moon. The scene is set at night, with a dark, starry sky as the background. The cow leaps over the moon, alluding to the old nursery rhyme. To complete the scene, I added grass and dirt in the background as well and surrounded the picture with a wooden frame. Technically, the animation has three sliders, but only one is required to get credit. I just wanted to make it more elaborate.

In a world where things are awfully expensive, Willerson has stolen food for his family at home. The cops are on the chase to catch him in order to charge him for robbery. They began to catch up with him and time is running out so the only option he has is to jump. Coincidentally, there's a train coming towards his way and sees an opportunity for a way out. The train was moving at a rapid pace so he had to jump very time efficient. Miliaseconds before the front of the train reaches the bridge he takes a short leap and safely lands on the train that takes him through the city and back to his hometown to bring dinner to his family.

    Caden Wacker

The stunt is a basketball player jumping out of a helicopter and dunking a basketball . it is the most realistic stunt of all and incredibly creative.

    Christian Gobet

For my animation i decided i wanted to do something i see a lot of people1. Do in movies an 2. Shockingly do in rea life, which is jumping off of a train! Because this lesson is about stunts, i wanted to take a stunt that i believe to be pretty iconc and put my own little twist onto it, which is the person doing a spin mid jump then doing the splits when they land. Is this realistic? Probably not, but if you could do this it would definietly hurt like hell haha. I personally just think the idea of someone jumping off of something moving super fast is very scary, but also pretty cool. I wonder how at what speeds this becomes from safe to dangerous, id assume pretty quickly depending on the speed.

    Colton Kuck

In my stunt, a snowboarder will ride down a small hill and perform a jump shortly after he reaches the bottom, creating a big splash of powder. This stunt should be chosen because snowboarding is awesome and there needs to be more movies made about it. Although the stunt isn’t that great, there aren’t many movies about snowboarding so this would make a great start.

    Corvin Vollom

Cassidy, a grey chunky cat, is just enjoying his owner's backyard. He sits in the sun and then he sees a house sparrow flying really slowly from a tree. His instincts kick in and he jumps high to smack the sparrow. He doesn't catch it but he and the sparrow fall onto the hot concrete. Cassidy lands on his feet, and the sparrow lays dead.

    Dylan Perrin

This dynamic stunt shows a man trying to outrun a missile. Sadly the runner does get hit with the missile, making this animation quite risky for the runner. The stunt is composed of 2 jumps, one being 3 feet long and the other 5 feet long. The proposal of this idea is risky but worth it due to its high amount of action and danger used to get the audience out of their seats. In the context of a movie, our hero could have some sort of dramatic escape, where the missile hits a barricade before the hero jumps into the flames and escapes the prison or villain's lair. If I had more time to add excessive details to the animation, I would make something similar to this but with more particle effects to represent the explosion.

    Emma Knowlton

The stunt shown is a skier skiing over a rounded jump before taking a steep and curved incline that gives them enough momentum to reach the top of the hill. At the top of the hill there is a cliff, so the skier deploys their parachute in order to make it safely to the ground. A snow owl can be seen flying above him.

    Esme Lindwall

This project emphasizes the linear movement of jumps at different heights while moving on a horizontal line across the x-axis. In the graph, there is a video game character moving through space on saturn. Over the three jumps off of the plane, the speed changes each time the character lands the planet, as well as the color. This graph shows an animation from a character across space; going from a rocket to earth on a moving planet.

    Fay Jorner

This stunt is of Spiderman being pushed out of a moving plane above a city, then shooting his web to a building before hitting the ground and swinging from one building to another.

    Finn Russillo

The story of my stunt is that there was a little boy who dreamed of doing something crazy when he was older he didn't know what but he wanted it to be big and flashy with lots of people watching him. During this time he was really into mountain biking; he would go with his dad all the time up to mt.bachelor and shred all day. As he got older and got better at mountain biking he had a dream from when he was a little kid and that dream was him jumping over a plane with his bike. So from there on he set a goal to go to the mountain every other day and practice the biggest jump there, but it wasn't big enough so he made his own jump that was 10x bigger than the tallest and biggest jump at the mountain. After all the years of training he did he got up the courage to try the stunt so he asked elon musk to help him with it. Elon flew one of his planes in a straight line and had the boy jump over it. The end

    Giada DeCicco

This breathtaking animation, will present to you a rocket, but not just any rocket. A firework rocket. The rocket will fly into the air, eventually exploding out fireworks. As the smoke comes out of the rocket on its way down, before it explodes you'll get a firework show. This rocket extravaganza is taking place on a lake, with perfect dark blue skies.

Mario will take a few jumps and then get smited by goomba

    Hersom Regalado-Chavez

SO initially I just wanted to do it with a parachute jumping off a plane and landing on a pull but then I just did Cristiano Ronaldo doing the siiiiiii because I thought it was funny and turned out to be funny and cool. It was really nice and I added a nice and sunny climate so it looked better. I did  a quick splash because I want it to be realistic.

    Jack Linden

The stunt I have chosen to create is a plane jump. One person jumps from a moving plane with no parachute and then after waiting a few moments another person jumps with a parachute. The second person must dive down quickly to be able to make it to the first person and release the parachute so they can safely float to the bottom. It should be chosen for the Warner Brothers movie because it allows for a very stressful moment where the audience is left wondering if the second jumper will make it to the first person in time.

    Jaxon Barber

Buddy is about to throw a shot put and he has no real expectations for what’s about to happen. Little does he know that when he throws it, he gets a world record! He’s so happy that he jumps in the air out of pure bliss and lands back down with such grace.

    Julian Luker

My stunt is one to remember! Whether it be performed in real life or on a movie screen, it is guaranteed to be thrilling. A helicopter containing a pro snowboarder flies over the mountains. Just before the ramp is in view, the snowboarder jumps from the helicopter and glides smoothly into the ski slope. He launches off a huge jump and does flips! After, he pulls out a parachute and sails the air onto a soft landing area and snowboards off. Incredible!

    Kadie Canady

In my animation, based on the movie “The Princess and the Frog”, the frog starts by first jumping across lily pads in the pond. Then, as the frog jumps out of the pond, the villain of the story, Facilier collides with the frog and an explosion happens, turning the frog back into Prince Naveen. After this collison, Prince Naveen runs to Tiana, the princess in the story. The stunt has realistic elements, such as the frog jumping to different heights in the pond, but also represents the cartoon movie.

    Kaleo Johnson

A figure heroically saves 3 puppies from doom by supernaturally jumping to the rescue!!!

    (to be added)

    Lake Colville

My animation should be picked. Warner Bros should want to use my animation because it’s very real and it’s charming. It shows a cute little dog playing fetch with his owner. This dog loves to play ball any chance he gets. Every day during lunch Steve takes his dog, Honey, to the dog park to play fetch. He makes sure to do this every day. It’s both Honey’s and Steve’s favorite parts of the day. Honey always catches the ball. In my animation you can see the ball after it’s thrown, bouncing in the air. As Honey chases after the bouncing ball, she eventually catches it. She always catches the ball, such a queen.

    Lechame Lawson

My stunt is two motorcycles going up a ramp from opposite sides and doing a flip from ramps of the same heights set across from one another so they meet in the middle and cross paths changing sides by the end of the stunt. The ramps are both the same size taking up a solid amount of space for the stunt. There is the vertex as well which is where the stunt is really taking place and provides the action for the whole display with the mid air flip when the two different motorcycles cross each other.

    Liam Smith

My stunt is a man riding a one wheel off a  ramp. The ramp is 6 feet long and 3 feet high. He crosses 5 feet in between the ramps. While he is in the air at his highest point he catches a lacrosse ball in his lacrosse stick. The ball is launched from a tennis style machine that is just over 20 feet away. Once he catches the ball and lands on the second ramp he will roll for a few feet before ending the stunt.

    Lila Howard

My stunt is a skier going down a hill and onto a ramp where they jump to the second ramp and keep going. As the skier is jumping a giant snowball is charging towards the skier about to hit them, but the skier is jumping high into the air missing the snowball entirely and landing safely on the ground. A person has to be pretty brave to make this jump with a uncontrollable snowball coming towards them.

At night the boy gets an idea and tries an insane trick. He gets a trampoline and puts it in a street that he thought was empty. He runs to the trampoline and jumps on it but as he looks up he realizes a car is headed right for them. The car's driver stops just in time but still gives the boy a rush. I think this would be a cool concept to see.

    Lucas Winner

It is a football play where the quarterback throws a pass to his wide receiver, who jumps into the air, catches it with one hand, then runs into the endzone for a touchdown To win the game. After they celebrate in the confetti.

    Maria Menely

There is a living room with grey concrete walls and a rug, along with a house plant, a lamp, a couch, and a chair. At the left end of the rug, a black and white spotted cat sits until seeing a grey mouse scurry by. The cat jumps into action, bounching himself over the wooden chair in the center of the living room.  The mouse is trapped and unable to escape the cat, leading to the inevitable BOOM when the cats jump ends by catching the mouse. Hanging above them all is a Red winged Blackbird locked in a cage. Once he sees what has happened between his roommate the cat, and the tourist, the mouse, he bursts into laughter saying “HAHAHA”. The mouse has observed the cat's behavior overtime(because they live together) but the mouse interaction was new- making him laugh above them all.

Two rollercoaster carts on the same track, gaining speed and barreling toward each other, a split second later the cars crash in the middle, explode and fall off the track, killing 3 passengers (not pictured, use your imagination).

Set against the background of a large city a figure leaps atop rooftops trying to keep up with a moving semi truck. The figure seems determined, possibly an interception of something important in the truck, as they leap towards the vehicle, before taking a leap of faith and landing on the truck. A solitary bird flies overhead as the clouds move quickly across the scene, alluding to an incoming storm as the wind picks up. The sun shines over it all a moment of sunlight before the storm hits.

    Mirabelle Michelon-Meyer

My stunt is a complex and thrilling act in which will captivate an audience, proving why it should be chosen. My stunt starts with a man who stands on a platform 17 feet in the air. Above him hangs a rope, which he glides down, propelling him through the air. Below the man, there is a moving car, traveling at a fast speed. When the man holding on to the rope gets close enough to the car, he lets go and backflips onto the moving car. He makes no mistake and sticks the landing!

For my design there is a mountain in the background with a chairlift. One skier is moving horizontally on a parabola along the slope while the other skier moves vertically down the mountain. The two skiers paths will then cross and there will be a collision between the two.

My stunt idea includes the animation of a boat floating steadily. As the boat takes off a bird will be seen speeding past the boat as it is racing the boat. Right as the boat slides/hits a rock the boat makes a large jump. Once the boat starts approaching the end of the jump and lands it then goes back to its steady linear position floating on water. We see where the water ends indicating the water is getting more shallow. That is when the boat approaches a cliff and an explosion is caused. The cliff foreshadows the danger awaiting that the boat is about to approach shallower areas which overall emphasizes the pronounced climax of the stunt. We can see the explosion move along with the boat as it represents it catching on fire as it emerges into an explosion.

Dodge Charger Hellcat does 1 donut around a grandma walking straight.

The stunt that I created is based on the NBA player Jayson Tatum doing some warming up, in the creation we can see him drain every full-court fadeaway he is shooting. The Stunt also shows some very good timing of once he makes the shot he does his little celebration by leaving his hand up like he just drained it. While he is celebrating, the ball bounces off a rebounder and bounces right into the rack next to him, where he will take the ball to shoot his next shot. I made it so 1 square unit in demos is equal to 1 foot in the real world

    Animation Starts

A plane will fly across the sky starting at 0,400

drop a person off carrying a ball with a parachute at 90,400

    Stunt will be in feet

Person skydives before deploying parachute for x=40 and y=100

Person deploys parachute and throws the ball in hand at 130,300

Ball starts first parabola at 130,300

Ball bounces 5 times until animation ends

First bounce it goes up to 240

Second Bounce goes up to 180

Third Bounce goes up to 120

Foruth goes up to 60 and then stops bouncing

Plane continues to travel until 300,400

Ball ends its bounces at 300,0

Person continues to parachute off screen and ends at 300,10

    Animation Ends

    Updated Version:

A plane soars across the sky and a skydiver jumps out, he then falls about 100 feet and throws a beach ball expecting it to bounce. The ball then bounces 4 times before stopping and the skydiver with his parachute deployed sails off screen.

The stunt starts with a thrilling sequence that begins with a serene moment in nature and escalates into chaos off a coastal city. It opens with a large fish swimming then leaping out of the water in an arc, catching the viewer's attention with its movement. Just as the fish reaches the peak of its jump, an eagle swoops down from above, its talons extended, and snatches the fish mid-air. The eagle then soars upward as it attempts to fly away with its prey. However, the action takes a dangerous turn as the eagle, flying toward the city skyline collides with a towering skyscraper. The eagle is sent falling into the side of the building. A massive explosion follows, engulfing the eagle in flames before it falls to the ground.

In my stunt a man biking in the woods goes up a log ramp and jumps, he gains too much speed and flies off his bike a little but he regains balance and lands back on an opposite log ramp, he then rides down the ramp onto another log.

    Sienna De La Fuente

This is a stunt of a girl on roller skates skating down a powerline and narrowly avoiding a squirrel that jumps off the powerline just in time to avoid being trampled. This design should be chosen because it’s unlike any other stunt. Even if it’s not as big or ‘epic’ as, for example, a guy jumping out of a plane, it’s interesting in its uniqueness and technicality. Audiences everywhere will be left wondering how it was pulled off and how much skill was needed from the performer, the crew behind the scenes, and of course, the squirrel. My mathematical equations will ensure that the squirrel is left unscathed and unharmed, as the timing and paths of both the squirrel and the girl have been mathematically calculated.

    Teaghan Matheny

My stunt involves an endangered bird getting captured by wildlife protection because it is very susceptible to being poached by hunters for its beautiful pink feathers and special ivory beak. My bird (we will call her Larissa) is flying in a straight path about 10 feet away from the hidden net gun, which is going to launch a net to capture Larissa. The net will be moving at a faster rate than Larissa to make sure it looks more realistic. Once Larissa is caught, she will fall onto the landing pad in the soft grass safely.

    Ursula Scofield

My stunt shows two airplanes flying across a sunny sky. The airplanes are flying on a flight path that will result in a crash between the two planes. Before the planes can crash a skydiver jumps out of each plane and safely lands on the hill underneath. The skydivers jump out just in time for the planes to crash into each other moments after, resulting in a large explosion.

    Will Harriff

My animation depicts a person jumping out of a stunt plane to skydive with his goal of landing on top of a hot air balloon. He stays free falling for the first ? of his descent until he pops his parachute in preparation to land on the hot air balloon. As he descends slower because of the air resistance from his parachute, a bird flies overhead very quickly. After descending onto the balloon, the person waves as he goes off into the distance

    Yuna Kim

Crazy bear Kumamon leaps off of a moving helicopter with only one parachute. After jumping off, he quickly sees a flock of birds flying by, nevertheless he opens the parachute up perfectly. Thankfully it was opened after the majority of the birds already flew by; it seems the birds tried to avoid him too. Kumamon then lands on the soft bed floating on top of the clouds. He lost all of his energy doing this and isn’t able to stop himself from sleeping! Because he looked well adjusted in the bed, the helicopter leaves him to sleep.

    Zach Davenport

Helicopter going across a grass plain going from left to right at the same height and speed the whole time.

Around a quarter of the way after the helicopter is into frame, a person or a obect falls out the helicopter.

The object will be moving from how the helicopter was moving to the right plus the wind that is gushing if there is wind. Around 200 feet before the object hits the ground a parachute will open and the object wil perfect land in the back of a moving truck going the same speed the whole time

    Zan Galton

My stunt depicts an airliner flying at cruising altitude when an f15 flies past at a faster speed. The planes are depicted with accurate turbulence induced oscillations as well as wind movement. The fighter jet flies behind an altocumulous cloud, emphasizing the separation between both aircraft. This scene is created using a scrolling background method, where the airliner is deceptively still. This method is used to create the illusion that a camera plane is following the airliner throughout its flight.
