2025-26 Forecasting Information
Course forecasting and scheduling for the 2025-26 school year is quickly upon us! As with most things again this year, there are some changes to our process to help streamline student forecast data entry and counselor review.
We encourage you to be a part of your student’s course planning and take this opportunity to discuss their 4-year graduation and post-graduation plans. Your students will receive resources including information about prerequisites, graduation requirements and International Baccalaureate in our Students can search and view courses in our new Interactive Course Guide.
8th Grade Forecasting Information
8th grade students will get forecasting information through their middle school counselors and teachers. Students will complete their forecasting on the Course Request tab on . Following this, counselors will connect directly with students in person and check selections.

9th - 11th Grade Forecasting Information
Please review this information carefully. It is highly recommended that you also review your student’s graduation requirements with them before making course selections. You can check a student's progress to graduation on StudentVue by selecting Course History.
All Students are encouraged to attend the on February 7th.
Forecasting Completion:
Step 1: Preparation: Students are encouraged to complete their Forecasting Planner using the Course Guide to help. Students will be given a paper copy during their forecasting presentation in the auditorium. Please follow all instructions on the Forecasting Planner. Planners are only used to assist students in STEP 2.

Step 2: Selections Once you have completed the Forecast Planner, students are ready to complete forecasting on their . Using the COURSE REQUEST tab, students will be able to complete their online forecasting.

Step 3: Review Counselors will review all online course requests and meet individually with students to ensure that the forecasted classes align to the student's 4-year graduation plan. Students should have completed their online course requests before counselors plan to meet with them in the following weeks:
9th grade - Week of 2/17 - 2/21
10th grade - Week of 2/24 - 2/28
11th grade - Week of 2/10 - 2/14
