Welcome to the Benson Wellness Center! We are a  in room 107F in the front of the school. Benson students can enter from the hallway. 

All other visitors: Directions: from NE 12th, walk up the stairs and turn left onto the ramp toward NE Irving. The accessible ramps start on the sidewalk at the north and south ends of the building. The clinic entrance is marked and is just to your right, door #02, before the doors that go into the stairwell in the main building. 

Parking: street parking only; please give yourself plenty of time to park! 

How to get an appointment with OHSU Providers 

(Doctors/Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants): 

We see ALL Children & Youth ages 0-21:

 You do NOT have to be a Benson student!

Students: WALK-IN: Come to room 107 before/between class, during lunch, and after school to schedule an appointment for Mon-Thursday.

Use Mychart (talk to us if you need help getting set up)

-OR-

(Non Benson students & Benson parent/guardians): Leave a message at 503-418-0409 and OHSU staff will call you back (please make sure your voicemail works)!

-OR-

Fill out an appointment request slip, leave it in the locked metal box, and OHSU will contact you. 

New OHSU Patients: (I have never been seen at the Benson Wellness Center) Call OHSU Patient registration at 503-494-8505. After that you can schedule your appointment by calling 503-418-0409

Current OHSU Patients: (I have had a medical appointment at the Benson Wellness Center): call 503-418-0409.
