MTSS Implementation Data Tools
The following tools are used by each school in ½ûÂþÌìÌà to assess current implementation and inform improvement plans.
School Team Self-Assessment
- Culturally-Responsive Tiered Fidelity Inventory (CR-TFI): School Climate Teams use this tool at least annually to assess current tier I climate and PBIS implementation and create their school climate action plans.
- Fidelity Integrity Assessment (FIA): Instructional Leadership Teams (ILT) use this at least annually to examine current implementation of research-based, schoolwide equity-based inclusive practices.
District-Provided Tools
- Fidelity of Implementation Tool (FIT): Administered by district-level MTSS staff, this full-day, on-site assessment is used to measure the extent of MTSS implementation for equity-based inclusive education. Reliable and actionable data is used for district and building level decision making regarding current systemic practices.
- : Administered annually to gather stakeholder data to inform school action planning for climate and culture. Participants include students in grades 3 through 12, ½ûÂþÌìÌà families, staff and building leaders.
