    Aloha everyone, I will be working at Roseway Middle school serving the Pacific Islander community both students and families. I will be doing check ins with students, running after school programs & being of assistance where I can.

     

    I will be on site at the school Tuesdays 1:45pm-5:45pm & on Thursdays from 12pm- 4pm.

    Hello everyone,

    I have been serving as a youth and family advocate for Roseway Heights’ Vietnamese students and families since 2021. My caseload are by referrals only with need-based priorities, especially for newcomers.

    INSPIRE offers afterschool programming every Tuesday and Thursday, as well as family engagement and support.

    What does INSPIRE offer to our clients?

    • ACADEMIC CASE MANAGEMENT

    IRCO’s bilingual and bicultural staff work with young people and their families to better succeed in school by setting goals and following up with students, parents and teachers regarding students’ academic progress and challenges.

    • AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING AND ENRICHMENT

    IRCO staff offer weekly small group and one-on-one tutoring groups, intensive math and literacy groups, and sports and enrichment clubs, including field trips.

    • FAMILY ENGAGEMENT

    Staff facilitate bilingual/bicultural school to home and home to school communication. INSPIRE partners with SUN Schools and school staff to offer culturally relevant parent workshops.

    • SUMMER PROGRAMMING

    INSPIRE offers regular summer academic and enrichment programming during the summer months.

    Hello, Roseway Heights students!

    I am thrilled to be working with you and your families. I will be conducting student check-ins, running after-school programs, providing support, and making school a fun and welcoming place. I have plans for field trips, sports, games, and family assistance programs. Find me at school on Mondays from lunch until after school in the partners room.
