Mari Watanabe spent 25 years in the apparel industry working for nationally known clothing brands before shifting her career to the nonprofit sector. She has since served the nonprofit sector for 10 years.

Abby Guyer is several years into her ¡°second career¡± as a non-profit executive. She previously led brand marketing efforts for global consumer brands in addition to agency and consulting work for retail and restaurant clients. The Tribal College experience
Description

Job Corps is a tuition free training program for anyone 16-24 years old who would like to get trained in healthcare, office, construction, automotive, culinary arts, and more! Students can stay in the dorms (for free) or go home after every training

She has an MA in International Development and Service and has worked and volunteered in the education sector throughout North and South America.

Anne Koenning graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a degree in Sociology & Anthropology. She is the Executive Director of Enrollment & Operations at Carpe Diem Education, and has been working with Carpe Diem since 2016 . Debra has been guiding students through their high school experience for seventeen years, and particularly loves helping them thoughtfully approach their next steps after graduation. She holds a MA in Educational Psychology from University of Colorado, School Counseling licensure from Lewis & Clark College, College Counseling Certification from UCLA, and is Certificated as an Educational Planner through AICEP.
Melinda Gale, Grant HIgh School Teacher
Melinda Gale began teaching with ½ûÂþÌìÌà in 1999 and holds a BA from Reed College, an MAT from Lewis and Clark College and an IAL from Portland State University. She has worked with high school students navigating the college process both as an AVID and IB Coordinator and as an educator over the past 15 years. Melinda has also received extensive training in Social Emotional Learning skills and enjoys supporting young people as they consider their post-secondary career and educational options.
