    The mission of Multnomah County Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) is to promote full inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities within the community so they are able to experience personal growth and development, enjoy meaningful relationships and fully participate in activities and communities of their choice.

    RISE is a nonprofit organization that specializes in home and community-based support services for children and adults with developmental and other disabilities, children with mental health challenges, and aging adults. 

    Our services are as varied as the people we support. Those supports include supporting people in daily living activities, providing companionship, accompanying them to community events, teaching them skills, supporting or customizing employment, and much more.

    The   (SSI) program pays benefits to disabled adults and   who have limited income and resources.
