  • Welcome to the Family Resource page. Here, you will find information on how eligible families can access state subsidies, 211 child care referrals, and additional resources.

    To find the child care organization at your school, visit the homepage where you can find their website, state subsidy number, and registration links. 

    Employment Related Day Care (ERDC)

    The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) provides eligible families with child care subsidies. To find out if your family income is eligible for subsidies click . Reach out to your child care provider for help with these forms.

    Click on your preferred language to access the ERDC Application Form in , Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Somali, and Russian. 

    To access the Child Care Initiative (CCI) Application Form, click on English or Spanish. 

    CCI applications are not available in Vietnamese, Chinese, Somali, or Russian, but families can request an interpreter when calling ODHS when applying for CCI.

     To receive a customized referral to emergency child care programs, contact by:

    Option 1: Calling 211

    • Press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish, # for all other languages
    • Enter your 5 digit zip code
    • Press 2 for child care
    • Press 2 to access a child care provider for your family.

    Option 2: Texting the keyword “children” or “niños” to 898211 (TXT211).

    211 HOURS: Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
