    The Real Estate office provides leadership in the areas of strategic portfolio planning and optimization, property management and information related to easements, assessments, encroachments, permits of entry, leases, and licenses. The office also manages inquiries relating to property sales and acquisitions.

    The Real Estate office should be consulted and contacted regarding the long term use of district facilities or any use by district staff of non-district owned facilities.
